Impetus is a business services firm whose mission is to make websites perform better.  Since our founding in 2002, we’ve helped clients across a broad range of industries to greater levels of website success.  How?  By looking through the eyes of a customer.  We were founded by former internet executives, people with years of experience in the trenches building, launching, and growing some of the world’s leading sites.  We did a lot of tinkering.  Tried a lot of things that didn’t work, and a few things that did.  And learned that what worked best was stepping into our customers’ shoes, and seeing through their eyes.  And that’s how we built our methodology.
